Modus Vita Health Ltd is a health and nutrition coaching business registered in England and Wales. Modus Vita Health Ltd is registered with the Information Commissioner's Office as a data controller. Our registration can be verified through the ICO website at ico.org.uk (search by business name).

What we collect and why
When you use our website, enquire about our services, or become a client, we may collect your name, contact details, and information you share with us about your health, lifestyle, and goals.
Because we provide health and nutrition coaching, this may include information about your medical history, current medications, menopausal status, and general wellbeing. This is health data and is classified as special category data under UK GDPR. We collect it only with your explicit consent and use it solely to provide our coaching services. It is never shared without your written permission.
We do not collect your payment card details. Payments are processed securely via Stripe or bank transfer.
How long we keep your data
We keep client records for six years after the end of a coaching programme, and health-related information for eight years, in line with UK GDPR guidance. Payment records are kept for seven years as required by HMRC. When these periods expire, data is securely deleted.
Third parties
We use a small number of trusted platforms to deliver our services — including Google Workspace, Notion, Stripe, MailerLite, and Calendly. These are used only to the extent necessary to provide our services. Your data is never sold or shared for any other purpose.
We maintain business pages on LinkedIn, Instagram. These platforms collect data about visitors to our pages in accordance with their own privacy policies, over which we have no control.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data, to withdraw consent at any time, and to lodge a complaint with the ICO.
