Work with me
This is for women who are ready to focus on their health.
You have followed plans, made the effort, and taken responsibility. And yet, this part has not quite settled.
You are no longer interested in approaches that work briefly.
You want something that fits the reality of your life, not an ideal version of it.
You want clarity about what actually matters and moves the needle, without sorting through conflicting advice.
You are navigating perimenopause or menopause and want a more informed, structured approach.
You are willing to think, adjust, and work with your physiology rather than against it.
You are ready to understand what is actually getting in the way.
Coaching may be a good fit if:
Together, we address nutrition, movement, sleep, stress management, and recovery. It is the right context for women who wish to focus on weight management and body composition, with an approach that is evidence-based and built for real life.
How I work
What closes the gap between knowing and doing is not more information or trying harder. It is how that information is applied, within the complexity of life.
Coaching helps you develop awareness of what is actually driving your choices, and supports you in building the skills to nourish yourself consistently, restore your capacity through sleep, stress management and recovery practices. The goal is for you to be able to sustain what you build by developing autonomy.
This is not about following yet another plan. It is about developing and practising the skills that support your health and fitness goals consistently and well, no matter how complex your life can get.
The programmes
For women who are ready to start but do not want to be overwhelmed.
The first six weeks are about building the right foundation. You will:
Get an honest picture of where you are now and build systems that support your health goals, even when life gets in the way
Do the mindset and values work that most programmes skip: understanding what actually matters to you and why your actions have not yet caught up
Set goals you can actually achieve and build the skills to follow through
Learn to slow down, reconnect with your hunger and fullness signals, and eat in a way that feels natural rather than managed
Feel energised and satisfied
Find ways to move your body that boost your metabolism and do not feel like punishment
This is the beginning of something that lasts.
Foundation · 6 weeks · £650
Praxis · 12 weeks · £1200
For women who are ready to do the real work.
Praxis is a structured 12-week programme covering nutrition, mindset, movement, stress, sleep, and recovery — worked methodically and sequentially, each building on the last. You will:
Develop genuine self-awareness around what drives your choices and begin to meet your needs with intention rather than reactively
Build the skills to nourish yourself consistently, in a way that fits your real life, not an ideal version of it
Learn to manage your time, energy, stress, and environment in a way that supports your health rather than competes with it
Be in conversation with your body and mind rather than in constant fight with them
Set goals you can achieve and navigate setbacks without starting over
Feel confident and energised
This is not about following a plan. It is about understanding yourself well enough that you no longer need one.
Mastery · 24 weeks · £2000
For women who want the full journey.
Mastery takes the Praxis framework and puts it to the test over six months. More ground covered, more depth, more time to live the work under real conditions: when life is busy, when motivation drops, when things do not go to plan. You will:
Build nutritional variety and complexity, adding layers to what you learnt in Praxis
Develop the mindset skills to handle whatever comes up, and get back on track faster each time
Progressively refine your ability to manage stress, energy, and environment in service of your goals
Revisit and reset your goals as you evolve
Find that the work does not stay in the health box. Clarity, confidence, and capacity show up in other areas of your life too
By the end, your health is not something you are working on. It is a way of living.
Not sure where to begin?
